For drivers seeking enhanced durability beyond standard StopTech Sport rotors, the StopTech Cryo Rotors offer the perfect solution. Utilizing cryogenic treatment, these rotors undergo a proprietary process that involves both cold and heat cycling over 24 hours. This treatment cools the rotors down to -300°F and gradually heats them up to over +300°F, followed by a return to room temperature. This unique process relieves internal stresses in the rotor, significantly improving its service life and performance, especially in demanding fleet and emergency vehicle applications.

Any new StopTech or Centric Premium 1-piece replacement rotor can be cryogenically treated before shipment. With the added benefit of enhanced durability and extended lifespan, the StopTech Cryo Rotors ensure optimal braking performance even in tough driving conditions. Typically, cryo treatment adds 5-7 business days for processing.
