The DBA 5000 Series rotors are a composite, 2-piece direct replacement brake rotor designed for high-performance vehicles. Engineered with precision, these rotors utilize high-carbon cast-iron rings combined with aerospace-grade aluminum hats (T6061-T6), securely held together by National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. This combination ensures optimal performance even under extreme conditions. The 5000 Series builds upon the advanced performance technology found in the 4000 Series, featuring enhanced heat management and reduced weight through the lightweight aluminum hats. The use of aerospace-grade aluminum significantly reduces unsprung weight, while also allowing for uniform radial disc expansion and minimizing heat transfer from the disc to the hub.

DBA provides both complete assemblies for first-time replacements, where the hats and flat discs are bolted together, as well as replacement hats and flat disc rotors (rings). This versatility allows drivers to reuse their DBA 5000 Series hats with new replacement flat discs. Engineered for high-performance street driving, track days, club racing, and rally applications, the DBA 5000 Series rotors deliver exceptional reliability and performance in demanding conditions.
